Eamonn the Bat Activity Bundle

Description

Bring a little daylight, kindness and creativity to activity time with the Eamonn the Bat Activity Bundle.

Inspired by Molly Arbuthnott’s story, this printable bundle includes 20 activities across 28 pages, inviting children to colour, count, solve puzzles, explore feelings and dream up adventures of their own.

No book required! Whether your child already knows Eamonn or is meeting him for the first time, they can join in. Relevant story passages and clues are included where needed.

What’s inside?

• Puzzles and observation activities: find hidden bats, navigate a flower maze, match shadows and spot the differences.
• Counting and patterns: complete leaf patterns, count and graph pictures, solve number puzzles and colour by number.
• Words and storytelling: enjoy a word search, trace and match words, and put a short story in order.
• Drawing and creativity: design a fig-leaf quilt, finish a symmetrical picture and imagine a daylight adventure.
• Feelings and kindness: explore how Eamonn feels, create a kindness flower and design a shelter to help a flower bloom.
• Hands-on fun: colour, cut and assemble an Eamonn stick puppet.

You’ll also find a Parent & Teacher Guide, answer keys, a maze solution and a simple Certificate of Achievement to celebrate your child’s efforts.

Choose a page for a quiet afternoon, a classroom activity or a little creative time together. Complete the activities at your own pace, with an adult reading prompts aloud or helping with cutting when needed.
